Meet our Founder

IFP was founded in 2025 by Michael Fregnani.

After graduating from Cardiff University, Michael began his recruitment career in London, specialising in senior finance appointments for FTSE-listed and private equity-backed businesses. He later co-founded a boutique agency before joining Finatal, where he made Partner and led the Interim Management team.

Over the years, Michael has partnered with hundreds of PE Investors, Operating Partners and CFOs, earning a reputation for integrity, insight and the ability to connect the right people with the right opportunities. He has experience across various industries including industrials, technology, professional services, business services, healthcare and consumer - with multiple sub-sectors covered.

Outside of work he enjoys watching Chelsea FC change manager every season and long distance running, with four marathons and one ultra completed to date.
